Supply and install one new high-efficiency natural gas boiler, minimum 95% AFUE, to replace the existing approximately 125,000 BTU input natural gas boiler. Contractor shall field verify existing conditions and properly size the replacement boiler based on the building heating load and existing heating system.

Remove and dispose of the existing exterior wood stairs, railings, stringers, framing, and associated materials.

Supply and install a new high-efficiency natural gas boiler system, approximately 134,000 BTU (minimum 95% AFUE, or highest practical efficiency, see picture of existing).

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing boiler and install a complete, operational high-efficiency natural gas boiler system.

Repair the localized damaged section of the north elevation masonry wall, limited to approximately 15 ft x 18 in. (±22.5 sq. ft.), including tying new masonry into the existing wall and restoring the area to a structurally sound and weather-tight condition.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal necessary to remove and replace the existing flooring in the kitchen only, not to exceed 200 square feet, with Lifeproof Champagne Beach Wood 22-mil Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP).

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, and incidental work necessary to remove and replace the existing concrete entrance stairs and associated handrails.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, shoring, and disposal necessary to remove and reconstruct the existing brick masonry wall on the left side of the basement stairway (going up).

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, excavation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to complete the following foundation repairs.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing asphalt shingle roof system.

Perform a minimum of two (2) roof core tests prior to commencing work to verify existing roof assembly and deck conditions.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and disposal necessary to remove and replace two existing domestic hot water tanks.

Supply and installation of 2 high-efficiency (minimum 95% AFUE, or highest practical efficiency) natural gas boiler sized based on a complete heat-loss calculation. Should add to the same btus or greater between the two units.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and accessories necessary to remove the existing bay window and install one (1) new approximately 72-inch bay window.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, and supervision required to furnish and install a complete forced warm air – Furnace. The installed Furnace shall be fully operational and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and incidental work necessary to remove and replace three (3) existing windows on the enclosed porch on the south side of the building. Replacement windows shall match the existing configuration and appearance to the greatest extent practicable. @ casement side to side windows approximately 6 ft wide and 1 double hung on the rear of the porch approximately 3 ft wide.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and disposal necessary to remove and replace two existing electrical panels.

Approximate Area: 125 Square Feet against the building 12.5’x10’ and 215sq ft walkway – 32”x80’ long from alleyway to the back entry. Total 340 sq ft.

Supply and install THREE new high-efficiency 70,000 BTU (minimum 95% AFUE, or highest practical efficiency) natural gas boiler systems. Please include bedrooms, large walk in closet streetside/entry, bathrooms, Dining, living and kitchen areas.

Install new Plumbing systems at 836 River Street. Contractors are to provide an individual lump sum bid for the project.

The Troy Community Land Bank (‘TCLB’ or ‘The Land Bank’) is seeking bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design-Build Sprinkler System Servicesthe of 836 River Street in Troy, New York.

Move load bearing walls, and other framing.

Provide all labor, materials (except windows), equipment, permits, supervision, and disposal necessary to remove and replace existing exterior windows at 32 Glen Avenue.

Provide all labor, materials (less finishes/fixtures/hot water tanks), permits, inspections, supervision, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a complete plumbing system for the rehabilitation of 32 Glen Avenue.

Demolish and reframe walls and window openings. Add in 26” wall and a double 2×12 beam to support floor joists in front of kitchen.

TCLB seeks to install new Heating Systems at 32 Glen Avenue. Contractors are to provide an individual lump sum bid for the project.

Forced Hot Air Heating Systems – Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, and supervision required to furnish and install a complete forced warm air heating system. The installed system shall be fully operational and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes. Ideally, the first floor heating system shall be placed in basement, second floor in attic.

Provide all labor, materials (less finishes/fixtures/hot water tanks), permits, inspections, supervision, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a complete plumbing system for the rehabilitation of 332 9th St.

Provide all labor, materials (except windows), equipment, permits, supervision, and disposal necessary to remove and replace existing exterior windows at 332 Ninth Street.

TCLB seeks to Rebuild/Repair North Masonry wall 332 Ninth Street. Contractors are to provide an individual lump sum bid for the project.
