TROY, N.Y. — The Troy Community Land Bank (TCLB) announced the completion of new roofing projects at 17 Park Avenue, 32 Glen Avenue and 785 River Street.
The Troy Community Land Bank (TCLB) continues to make tremendous strides in revitalizing vacant properties throughout our city! A month ago, TCLB completed a critical roofing project at 17 Park Avenue, a key step in stabilizing the building. For years, this property had been marked with a red “X,” indicating it was unsafe for firefighters to enter. With the new roof now in place, we’ve proudly removed the “X,” signaling that this building—and others like it—are on the path to safety and stability!

TROY – The Troy Community Land Bank plans to rehabilitate properties along the River Street corridor and collaborate with Capital District Transportation Authority’s bus rapid transit program to make improvements in the North Central neighborhood.
